• Artwork: $70.00(Z) if camera ready art is not supplied. One revision allowed without additional charges.

• Color: Up to 4 colors are included in the price. Add .45(C) to the unit cost for each additional color.
• Cut-Outs: Please add .40(C) to the unit cost for each cut-out area in your design.
• Designs: For 3D and sculpted designs please add 1.40(C) to the unit cost.
• Die Charge: FREE
• Epoxy Dome: Please add .20(C) to the unit cost
• Glitter Enamel: Please add .55(C) per glitter color to the unit cost
• Laser Printing: Add .60(C) per color to the unit cost.
• Plating: Bright gold, silver or bronze plating is included. For antique finishes, two tone and black nickel plating please add an additional .50(C) to the unit cost.
• PMS Color Matching: Available with this process at no additional charge.
• Production Time: 5-6 weeks if samples are not required. Samples will add a minimum of 2-3 weeks to the delivery time.

• Samples: Samples requested for quantities of 250 pieces or less will incur a nonrefundable $100.00(C) charge.
• Sandblasting: For sandblasted backgrounds please add .45(C) to the unit cost.
